In a continuation of her alliance with Patrick Hawes, Claire will premiere a Royal Commission by him in November of this year. The piece- to be performed by Claire and the Philharmonia Orchestra- is to be written especially for HRH The Prince of Wales’s 60th Birthday, and performed in his presence in a celebratory concert for the occasion at The Royal Opera House, Covent Garden. The commission is generously supported by the Victor Salvi Foundation, who presented the spectacular Royal Harp to His Royal Highness as a gift in 2006. This concert will be broadcast live on Classic FM
